Elleloise Hair prides itself at providing the highest quality of hair extension hence quality control is at the top of our priority list.
Every hair product is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment so as to maintain the high quality standard and to ensure customer satisfaction.
According to Health and safety Regulations, Human hair product that has been used cannot be returned which includes removing the security cable ties from the hair. We adhere to strict policies regarding the return of hair product, hygiene concerns and the law.
Due to custom nature of our product such that they are made to order and for sanitary reasons, we are unable to offer refunds and all sales are final.
We encourage you to be sure of your order before placing it.
However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will offer an exchange, which is subject to our terms and conditions.
Product must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Product must not be brushed, combed, picked through, cut or washed, as it will not be accepted due to sanitary regulations.
We will agree to exchange the purchased product for another product of equal or greater value.
If Product of greater value is requested for exchange, customer agrees to pay the difference in price of the old product and the one being exchanged for.
Exchange must be done within 14 days on receipt of recorded delivery of product.
On receipt of the hair, the customer must contact Elleloise Hair via email at sales@eloisehair.com. Quote their name, order number, reason for exchange..
Product must be received and inspected before an exchange can be initiated.
The customer agrees to bears all cost in returning the product to the seller (Elleloise hair), as such the customer is advised to use a courier service that provide tracking information and delivery confirmation as Elleloise Hair will not be responsible for any loss of package
Note: If any of the above conditions are not met, In this case, Elleloise Hair reserves the right to refuse the exchange and return of any product.

SHIPPING POLICIES
All orders are processed upon receipt. We try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow 2-3 business days for processing of your orders. Processing occurs Monday -Friday.
